Joining ZPS
Our admissions philosophy is by nature inclusive but contained by boundaries set by the student’s ability to access the curriculum in English and the school’s ability to support students with learning difficulties or special educational needs.
In the academic year 2026-2027, the school will be accepting applications for students for Foundation Stage, Primary (year 1 to year 6), lower Secondary (year 7 to 9).
Registration Process
1. The registration is strictly by appointment only. (Contact the school registrar first to secure an appointment date).
2. Entrance Exam is scheduled and within two days (48 hours) after the exam, results are conveyed to the parents.
3. Successful applicants should submit the completed School Application Form together with the required documents to the Admission/Registration Office.
4. Must complete the medical form in the Clinic Department.
5. Pay the required registration fee (deductible from tuition fee).
6. In order to finish the registration procedure, parents should pay the first installment (25% of the tuition fees) before the school starts.
Admission Requirement
• Passport copy of father or sponsor with visa page
• Four recent photographs of the student
• Immunization card of the student
• Original Emirates ID of student and parents
• Previous report card for the applicant of Grade 2 and above
• Statement of marks
• Original transfer certificate (if not issued in UAE, then it must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country where the certificate is issued, UAE Embassy or Consulate in the country from where the certificate is issued and countersigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE)
• Copy of birth certificate (if not issued in UAE, then it must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country where the certificate is issued, UAE Embassy or Consulate in the country from where the certificate is issued and countersigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE)
