Vice Principal’s Message
Greetings to all students, parents, and staff. I am Dr. Yahya Farrag, and I am deeply honored to serve as the Vice Principal of Zakher Private School – British Division.
While the Principal charts the strategic direction of our school, my role is to walk alongside students and teachers every single day, ensuring that our vision becomes a lived reality in classrooms, hallways, and playgrounds.
My focus is deeply practical and pastoral:
• Overseeing day-to-day school operations
• Student discipline with compassion
• Teacher development and curriculum implementation
• Smooth functioning of all academic and administrative systems
My door is always open not just for concerns, but for conversations, ideas, and shared successes.I personally ensure that every student feels seen and heard through regular student circles, class visits, and wellbeing check-ins. Every teacher receives continuous support, and every parent has a direct line of communication.
I take special pride in our positive discipline approach, where mistakes are treated as learning opportunities and consequences are fair, educational, and restorative – not punitive. We build character through understanding, not fear.
Rated GOOD by ADEK, we celebrate our achievements but remain hungry for improvement. I lead internal reviews, classroom observations, and action plans that target specific areas of growth.

Academic Coordinator’s Message
Greetings to our dedicated students, supportive parents, and committed teaching staff.
I am Ms. Celestina Nene, the Academic Coordinator at Zakher Private School – British Division, and I am truly honored to serve in this capacity.
My primary responsibility is to ensure that the academic heart of our school beats with clarity, consistency, and excellence. While the Principal provides the overarching vision, my role is specifically focused on curriculum design, instructional quality, assessment practices, and student academic progress.
At Zakher Private School, I work closely with our teachers to develop and implement a robust, standards-based curriculum that aligns with UAE national expectations and international best practices. I lead classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development workshops that empower our teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
I take great pride in our assessment systems, which are designed not merely to measure learning but to enhance it. Through data analysis, we tailor instruction, intervene early when students struggle, and celebrate meaningful progress.
Collaboration with parents is essential to academic success. I regularly communicate with families regarding curriculum updates, student progress, examination schedules, and academic support strategies. I encourage parents to reach out to me directly with any questions regarding their child's learning journey.
